Processing Times

Linocut Paper Prints & Cards - 3-4 days depending on quantity ordered.

Linocut Textiles - These items are made to order and take about 7 days to create.

Digital Illustration Art Prints & Cards - 1-3 days.

Stickers - 1 day.

Shipping Times

Typical shipping times are 2-7 days, but some delays are out of my control once dropped at the post office. I will do my very best to ensure a speedy delivery time. Right now, I ship only to the US - if you would like to order outside of the US, please send me an email at hello@rachelhiemerstudio.com.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, USPS has been having quite a bit of delays lately. I will get your order out ASAP, but unfortunately once I drop it off at the post office any delays are out of my hands. I will do my best to ensure you get your packages on time, but please expect delays during this time.

Each item in my shop has the specific sizing information of the typical sizes available, but I am more than happy to work with you if you have a specific need that is not listed!

For apparel please check the last image for a size chart.

For Linocut Prints, I am limited to the size of the block so these are only available in the size listed.

For most of my digital art items, I can change out the colors of the backgrounds or text, but any specific questions, please message me before placing your order to see if I can accommodate if customization options are not listed in the specific item listing.

For linocut prints and apparel, send me a message before ordering to see if I can accommodate your need.

For stickers, I am unable to offer in different colors.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on digital files or personalized items.

For regular items, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return items within 21 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase as I try to get things out to you as quick as possible.

These are available in your choice of a digital file or in printed versions as well!

I am happy to accommodate personalized messages on the inside of cards. Cards with this option will state this is available. Please select the font from the font options image in each card's description and add the message you would like!

At this time, I cannot make changes to a card's design, but if you would like to order something custom, please send me a message and we can work something out!
